Clarity Grove

About

Built while running the business.

Built from operating and growing a multi-location retail business from $3M to $11M in annual sales.

Where it started

I grew up working on my family's cherry farm.

Planting trees, maintaining equipment, and delivering the harvest—I learned early that the outcome is earned in the details.

That focus on doing things the right way, paying attention to the details, and taking ownership stuck with me.

The name comes from that farm. A grove is something you tend — you don't just deploy it and walk away.

Built around people

Moving from the farm into vocational ministry reinforced that same principle in a different context: strong systems only work when they are built around people.

Putting people first means giving them the tools, clarity, and support they need to succeed.

Where it broke down

Bringing that into our own retail business made one thing clear: the values mattered—but the systems didn't always support them.

Data was spread across different systems and our most skilled leaders were spending time on administrative work instead of with their team and customers.

Even though we had lots of data, it felt fragmented. We knew there were stories in the data that we weren't able to see.

Why Clarity Grove exists

Clarity Grove came out of solving that problem in our own business.

By building custom tools, we were able to see something we couldn't see before—the story behind the numbers.

Our process brought clarity and efficiency, which helped us put our focus where it belongs — on the team we lead and the people we serve.

Now we're doing the same for others.

Where this was tested

Everything here was built and refined inside real operations.

Multi-location retail businesses
Hundreds of employees
Live operational data tied to day-to-day performance

This isn't theoretical—it's been used in the work itself.

How we work together

The principles behind every engagement.

People first

If it doesn't make things clearer or easier for your team, it's not the right solution.

Designed for operators

Whether you're running a business, a church, or an organization, the systems are built for the people responsible for execution—not technical teams.

Start with what's real

We begin with what's actually happening in your operation, then build from there.

Built to create leverage

The goal isn't just better systems—it's better clarity, better decisions, and ultimately, growth.

Who this is for

People responsible for making things work.

Small to mid-sized businesses, ministries, and organizations where the day-to-day matters—and where better systems can create meaningful impact.

You don't need a technical background. You just need to know something could be working better.

If any of this feels familiar, happy to talk.

No pitch — just a conversation about how your organization runs.
